class_a_tutorial-technicon_design

Tutorial by www.technicondesign.com

The Tutorial deals with a concept car created by Technicon itself. It will show the surface modeling of this car using videos in English language. The standards of the surface modeling used in the tutorial are Class A standards. The tutorial answers questions about strategic patch planning when doing modeling work. With this it’s more than a “press-the-button-tutorial”.

www.classasurfacing.com, an initiative of Adam O’Hern is a forum focusing (obviously) on class A surfaces.  It’s not dedicated to AliasStudio, but it doesn’t matter, the goal is to understand how to build nice and clean surfaces.

www.classasurfacing.com is a new born and may need some more users and time to initiate intersting discussions but putting some free accurated tutorials online and offering the plateform to discuss of them is nice idea

… a learning resource for industrial cosmetic surface geometry creation. We’re in the process of creating lots of free tutorials on all aspects of the surfacing process, tools, and techniques, and we hope you’ll participate in the discussion! We’re just getting started, so be sure to let us know what you’d like to see!

Using the new simplemachines skin for the forum would be nice ( fresh and smooth design that is easy on the eyes)

Adam already make the effort to post video toin order to make topic discussion easier:
